Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Columbia Machine will ship all items in the most economical and timely manner possible.  Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice once the parts and/or equipment have left our facility.  Additional shipping costs may apply for rush orders or other special requests.

Return Policy

  • All return goods require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) issued by Columbia Machine.
  • To request a RMA please contact your preferred Columbia Machine Representative for consideration, and to initiate the process. Non-warranty RMA’s will be issued by Columbia Machine’s Parts Sales reps. Warranty related RMA's will be issued by the Warranty Coordinator.
  • All RMA's will be numbered for reference in communication, for package identification, and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Freight payment terms will be established during the issuance of your RMA.
  • Parts being returned to Columbia Machine need to be received within 30 days from the RMA issue date. International customers will be allowed 60 days from RMA issue date. RMA’s will expire and be void after these deadlines.
  • Shipping instructions, Columbia Machine’s "ship to" location and applicable address will be provided with the RMA. International orders will require the completion of a Foreign Shippers Declaration Form, which will be provided to our customer with the RMA documentation.
  • When additional actions are required after the receipt of returned materials, Columbia Machine’s Warranty Coordinator (or assigned designate) will communicate with our customer regarding confirmation of receipt, status of additional tasks, final determinations, and conclusion of the RMA.
